PPTP on 10.11.6 El Capitan guest via High Sierra host

    I have a need to use PPTP VPN on 10.11.6 guest install...I have tried this in my trial setup and it won't allow me to configure a PPTP VPN on the 10.11.6 guest on 10.13.6 host.
    Is this a limitation that is known or am I doing something wrong? running latest V14 for Mac Trial addition.

    note that PPTP was removed from later versions of MacOS after 10.11.6 - this is why I need it.
