Possible to upgrade PD4M-2 XP-SP2 for PD4M-5

    I am running a trial of Parallels Desktop for Mac version 5 and I have a Parallels Desktop for Mac version 2 XP-SP2 machine I would like to import/convert. I tried the simple thing, import, but it is not working. Are there tricks? Does one have to reactivate?
