PMM Right-Click Options Show Twice

Sometimes the available PMM options in the right-click menus show up twice. I've seen this with the 'Edit Task Sequence' right-click option a few times and I see it a lot when creating/editing Configuration Items but it does occur in other places too.
I also spoke to another PMM customer who has this same issue in their SCCM console
