    Hello JulianMDA,

Please follow the steps given below :

Reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/4841

Open Parallels Desktop and go to Parallels Desktop -> Preferences -> USB -> Added the USB to the list -> Select the option ask me what to do.

Start the Virtual Machine and click on Devices tab next to Virtual Machine on Mac Desktop and make sure that the USB name is checked.

Click on Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Hardware -> Bluetooth & USB - > Enable the option USB 3.0

Shutdown the Virtual Machine and please go to :

VM Config (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) -> Hardware -> Video and disable the option : Retina display

Log into your Virtual Machine and then keep the display resolution that you would like to have and restart the Virtual Machine again.

Now check if the issue that you are facing with the USB and the display resolution are resolved.

    Thanks,
    Maheeshwar
