Plesk 8.3 Migration Manager Agent

    I'm trying to install the Plesk 8.3 Migration Manager Agent and I'm getting the following error:

    The installation cannot continue because Migration Agent requires .Net Framework Version 1.1 installed on this computer.


    I do have the .net framework 1.1 installed on the server.

    Does anyone know how to get past this issue?
