Please put a link to the forums under the Support section on the main Parallels page (www.parallels.com). It is not obvious for the random visitor where the Parallels Forum is at. If you DON'T want to .. please tell us why?
. This was discussed at lenght when it first happened, and the situation has not changed. So I would expect it is not likely to change now. .
Maybe they are afraid prospects will see the forums and be scared away. The irony is...now that I know about the forums I have a link that gets me right here. I don't think I've been back to the main Parallels corporate web site since I found the forums.
This makes no sense. That is the first thing I look for. A vibrant user community is very important to me when I choose software. Sure, there tends to be more negative than positive on forums, but this gives the developers a great opportunity to show their commitment to their users. --Bruce
