I purchase the birthday upgrade to PD 11 after trialling which has installed over my previous version (7). I then find out that I can not upgrade using this upgrade and pointed to another valid for version 7&8 and promised a refund so I can then purchase correct upgrade. Dispite contacting several times no refund is provided and no further communication. The customer service is really annoying and this has been going on for 6 days. I can not reinstall PD7 as I no longer have the key. What am I to do....Kiss my money goodbye and start again?
