Hello, I have a macbook pro 2012 version and I have been using Parallels for the past two years. I have Windows 10. After I upgrading my OS to macOS High Sierra, my VM will not load it kept saying unable to boot. I then deleted the VM and tried to add it again using my boot camp disk and its saying that it cannot load and to make sure I have permissions for the disk. I do not know how to do that. This is frustrating because I have never had a problem like this before. Can anyone help me? I am using Parallels 12 and this is the error I am getting Error: PRL_ERR_DISK_FILE_OPEN_ERROR (0x80021014) Path: '/Users/Hilz/Parallels/Windows.pvm/APPLE HDD ST1000LM024 (disk0).hdd' Thank you!
Hello KaraH2, as you are unable to start Windows virtual machine, please follow as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/123131 and see if this helps. Thanks!
