I dont know whats going on, i use parallels on my Mac for a Windows program i need for work occasionally. Everything worked fine about two months ago, then i havent used it again till today, and i installed some internet security thing that was on the windows 10 menu (wasnt some random fake update from some website) it had some russian sounding name like kasparov internet security. Anyways after it finished DLing it froze. And then i couldnt get it unfrozen even after restarting it, quitting it, and re opening it. So i force quit it using the activity monitor on my Mac. Then when i restarted Windows 10 it says its collecting info and needs to restart and says the error DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL. Then this keeps happening and i cant even access the Windows 10 interface. Please please help me!
Dear @beisen808 Looks like the Window 10 virtual machine might be corrupted. Please share a few screenshot with us. We'll check it for you.
