Please Help! Cannot get support!

    I purchased an upgrade for Parallels, downloaded and installed but can't activate because I never got an email with the key, no receipt.

    My *old* parallels account only shows my original purchase. I just made a new account (same email used at purchase) and no purchase is shown. Any way to reach a human?

    I tried chat and the first time was cut off. subsequent tries just left me waiting endlessly.
