This feature has worked for me only once since I've been a Parallels user. About two days ago, I started up Parallels and was informed of build 1988. I didn't want to download and install at that time, so I declined the offer. I've not gotten any other startup notices about the update. Manual checks for update have NEVER worked for me. Please fix this feature. Yes, I know I can manually download the update, but that defeats the purpose of the automated update feature.

Good catch... I haven't seen that work on any clients workstations...

I would just add, please make sure that it does not automatically install it once the update is downloaded...

If I'm not mistaken, it's intentionally NOT alerting/downloading any beta versions.
Correct me if I'm wrong there.

"Check for Updates..." is worked. I need more information about your build: number, localization to solve your problem.
You may get notification if enable "I would like to receive news..." option in your account on parallels web-site. Verify your spam folder if you didn't get it.

Up, that must be it... Stupid server SPAM filter... What e-mail should I whitelist?
