Play "Control" for Windows on My Mac via Parallels?

Ok, I'm a total Parallels (v15, Desktop) newbie, total Windows newbie, total gaming newbie. I'm a mess.

I want to play Control, but don't have a gaming console. Below are the requirements. Can I play this via Parallels on a mid 2015 Macbook Pro?
