I'm being asked to renew my subscription, but the only is license I have is a Permanent License. A subscription based Permanent License doesn't make sense. Can someone explain this to me because I am unable to cancel the subscription? There is no option to turn off the auto-renewal. It doesn't show any auto-renewal information at all but I keep getting emails to renew my subscription. They are not spam emails. They're coming from cleverbridge (some name!).
