I purchased a Permanent License of Parallels Desktop for Mac, and paid the full amount at the time. However, for some reason, you have changed the product name to "Parallels Desktop Pro Edition" and forced me to purchase the new product. As a loyal customer who has continued to pay additional fees annually, I am requesting that you honor the Permanent license you sold me and provide me with an update so that I can use it on my MacBook Pro. I trust that you will understand my situation and take the appropriate action. I eagerly await your prompt response.
