Performance Issues when joining organization

I have two VM machines running with the same configuration all settings set to max. I am running a MacBook Pro 14 M1 Max.
The first machine VM-001 runs great and very snappy no issues at all. It is not joined to any domain only local account no Microsoft account either.
the second machine I have done several installs with VM-002 from the parallels provided ISO to a multi-version ISO straight from Microsoft.
All of them seem to have the same issue. Before joining an Organization the VM runs very snappy apps open almost immediately.
Once I join Organization apps open in an all white window and take up to 20 seconds or more to fully open.
Also while on VPN windows explorer will crash when trying to click on remote file share files that are not even very big such as 40 mb files.
All the issues happen only after joining domain.

Is anyone else experiencing these kinds of issues in a domain joined instance?
