Environment: 17" MacBook Pro 2.33 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM 160 GB HD ------- VM: Windows Vista 1 GB RAM allocated 2 40 GB partitions with 20 GB free on each partition I am extremely disappointed with this release. I ran 3186 without ANY problems EVER. Based on the stability I experienced I signed up to pre-purchase the upgrade. I am sorry I did so. The upgrade itself went very smooth; however, post installation and reboot Vista seems much slower than previously. Also, the 3D graphics don't seem to be working properly. I was able to play the Vista games (Solitaire, Hold Em, Hearts, etc) in the prior 2.5 release (build 3186). I got a message about hardware acceleration not being enabled and the games were slow but they worked. In the new release build 4124 Solitare and Hearts immediately shuts down and Vista tries to identify a solution to the problem but can't. Hold Em doesn't shut down immediately but the screen in very garbled and unusable. Shortly after display the VM automatically shut down. When I tried to restart the VM I got a message indicated that the VM shut down improperly last time. Vista also recognized on boot that it wasn't shut down properly and offered me the standard options. It seems to me that I have taken a step backwards. Beware!
