PD8 Tools on Windows 8

    When the PD8 tools install on Windows 8 VM (64 bits) I see no issue reported and though everything seems to run OK, I'm not finding any UI anywhere related to the tools. Is that expected and as designed with PD8 and a Windows 8 VM ?
