Just tested PD8 with OSX 10.8 guest OS and found no significant changes after PD7.
All old bugs are on their places. Especially:

    - Launchpad is still unusable
    - Problems with mouse cursor, sometimes it disappears or behaves incorrectly - I had the same issue in PD7
    - When watching youTube (I tested without Flash Player installed) the whole web page is blinking

    Also
    - Screenshot recording apps are not working in 10.5 and 10.6 guest OSes.

It's not buggy, that's how OS X behaves without hardware acceleration, it's all related to the lack of graphic hardware acceleration in OS X guests, and that hasn't changed since it depends on Apple giving the necessary access to the required APIs, which hasn't.

As for Youtube, or any Flash content for that matter, you may try to disable hardware acceleration via the flash settings (left click on the flash content) and see if it gets any better.
