Macbook Pro - OS X 10.9.4 PD8 - Windows 7 Pro - coherence/crystal mode I've recently switched to running my windows vm in coherence/crystal mode and am experiencing odd behavior. I have to right-click 3X on the parallels menu bar icon to get the windows start menu. On the first right-click, the active window bar turns grey (looses focus), on the second right-click nothing seems to happen then on the third right-click I finally get the windows start menu. Similar behavior if I left-click and choose "Windows Start Menu" - first left-click > "Windows Start Menu" the active window looses focus then on the second left-click > "Windows Start Menu" I get the windows start menu. Is this normal PD behavior? None of my other menu bar icons behave in this manner. If this is normal PD behavior, it's quite irritating. If not, how can I fix this? Other than this issue, everything is working fine (with windows vm at least, PD's abysmal linux support is another issue entirely). Nevertheless, I reinstalled parallels tools to no effect.
