PD7: Active Screen Corners missing Show menu bar for bottom 2 corners

    When I open the preferences for a VM and navigate to Full Screen, I can no longer bind Show menu bar to either of the bottom two corners. Show menu bar is only available for the top 2 corners. Why is Show menu bar restricted to the top two corners?
