PD10 / Problem with Mac shutdown

After PD10 installation everything is OK except one thing :
I can't shutdown the Mac (Mavericks 10.9.4 on MacBook Pro 15 2011).

Even if PD10 is properly off, the following dialog appears when I want to shutdown the OS : "Parallels cancels shutdown. Please quit application or retry".

When I click on retry or when I attempt immediately after another shutdown it works, but NEVER on first attempt.

I seems that some prl processes are still running after the first shutdown attempt but are immediately killed after, that's why the second attempt works.

Please update Parallels Desktop 10 to latest build 10.1.0-28600, download it from www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 and install it, please let us know how it work.
