PD v5 crashes when trying to enter Crystal view

    So far, I have many vain attempts to enter Crystal view - one of the reports sent in has the ID 734928.

    Can anyone from Parallels explain what the problem is and how to solve it?

    We are studying the problem. Unfortunately we can't reproduce it in our lab. Could you send me Apple Profile Report with full information about your Mac? It will be very helpful.
