PD 9, Win 7, macbkpro, ext monitor Apple - running win aps on ext mon restarts OS X

Today I mounted external monitor Apple to Macbook Pro.
Everything is nice exept running win aps in coherence on ext monitor
Few seconds after win aps starts on ext mon it causes restart OS X
Can I fix it?

upd. Now I connected to smaller samsung 17" monitor. Now apps doesn't restart OS X but mouse and touchpad doesn't works in win aps on external monitor, keyboard works perfect.

Reinstall Parallels Tools : http://kb.parallels.com/4841
Follow the steps as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/115535 and then check if the touchpad works fine.
