PD 7 Lion window issue

After upgrade to pd 7 and Lion when I sned pd7 to dock with yellow button and then bring it back by clicking the dock pd7 icon, pd 7 allways opens in a small window and all win 7 desktop icons are sorted to new palces on the desktop which is anoying. I did not find a way yet pd 7 opens in a screenwide window. This hapens only by sending pd 7 with yellow button to the dock. Any idea how to stop this behavior?
