PD 12 Loops into Mac Lock Screen with New macOS Sierra Installation

Recently upgraded my Parallels Desktop to the latest version (Version 12.0.2 (41353)) and today upgraded my Mac to macOS Sierra (10.12).
Now, when I try to start my Windows 10 (Anniversary Update) guest OS, the guest OS just loops into the Mac lock screen, prompting me to unlock my macOS.
I figured it may be doing this for all of the Mac desktops, so I input my password 9 different times. But it keeps looping. I can open the main Parllels Desktop Control Center, but not the guest OS.

 

This also only occurs when the guest OS is set in full screen mode.
