I'm trying to update my payment options so I can renew. I go to My Account Click on Subscriptions in the "Parallels for Mac' section Click Payment Options After having to prove I'm not a robot, a new page opens with the message "A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team." The email never arrives. Not in spams, not in the quarantine, nowhere. I checked that my login email is correct
