I received an e-mail stating that my payment has failed for a subscription. I have NO active subscription so I suppose this is a good thing but I cannot find any reference to why there was an attempt to charge me. If the card on file was active I would have been charged even thought I have no active product which is a very poor customer service strategy. Hello Kevin, Kindly note that this was a legitimate attempt to charge you for a Parallels license. Information on our systems shows you had an active subscription up till the 12th of February 2024. Since subscriptions have the auto-renewal feature turned on by default, the payment processor attempted a renewal. We have disabled the auto-renew feature now and you should no longer receive attempted charges.
