Pause button - what's the point?

    Hi All

I admit I may be too used to VMWare - but every time I want to suspend my Parallels VM I end up hitting the "Pause" button, which seems to just pause the currently running VM without suspending it. Can't quite see the point in this myself, does anyone else agree? It would be nice if the pause button suspended to disk like VMWare does.

Of course - I have a slight issue with the speed of suspending as well, it's quite slow. Is this an area that might see some improvement in GA?

    Cheers

Pause is nice if you want to temporarily stop CPU usage of the VM without actually suspending or shutting down the VM.
