I'm still in Trial mode. I like the product but not if there won't be any support. Unfortunately I can't use the online support or chat until I purchase, apparently.

My first question is why does a second partition labeled D: show up in disk managment when I specifically unchecked it during the install? From the Mac OS side it says I'm only using 75gb but in Windows it shows the second partition of 190gb. VM was created from a Windows desktop using the Transfer tool. Can I just delete the partition in Windows? I'm afraid that it will still think the space is there.

What is the Parallels CD Rom drive that shows up in Disk Management?

And the real concern is the network. Every time I use the VM I have to reconnect the shares I had connected too even though I click reconnect.
But more important, Visual Studio Express seems to spend it's time trying to access the files across the network. This of course is never a problem if I remote into the original desktop from the Mac.

    Thanks
