Parrallels Product has become inactive with active license cannot reactivate

I have had a Parallalls license for years and I still I have an active license, Won't renew till June/2026. Suddenly my Parallels product shows that there is no active license. The product will not start. When looking at the Parallels about page it says "This Copy of Parallels Desktop is not active". The only active button is the Buy button. The Account & License button is grayed out.

HELP I need to access my Parallels environment.
