While using Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006 in My Win XP VM i noticed two things 1. Trying to move around the map using the mouse was very slugish. Normally when you click in the bottom right of the map the map would scroll .5 inch but in the VM the map just keeps on scrolling, as if i am holding the the mouse button down. 2. I had the VM freeze while calculating the route a couple of time. The whole VM freezes could not click on the start menu and "Send Ctrl+Alt+Del" also did not help. The second problem is if the VM is open and i close the lid on the MacBook Pro the computer goes into standby and about 1 out of 5 times the computer restarts with a black screen. And the only way to recover is to hold power button for several seconds to force a power down.
