Parallels Workstation Fails to Install

    I am trying to evaluate Workstation, but I keep getting a fatal error during install ("Error ocurred during installation of Parallels Passthrough Driver").

    I am running a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop using Windows XP Professional SP2.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    We will investigate your problem.
    Did you tried to reboot primary OS?

    Same problem here

    Hi there:

    I am getting the exact same error:

    Dell Latitude D800
    WinXP SP2

    Will try the reboot, but thought I would mention it...
