Parallels with Uverse?

So I recently upgraded to Uverse for internet and voice and now I cannont get my WIndows Virtual Machine to recognize the internet/network. There are zero instructions on how to properly configure this new 2wire router. ATT is saying it's a Parallels issue. I dis-agree. I think I need to somehow configure a firewall setting but I am totally lost. Everything worked before the upgrade. Thanks in advance for your help.
