Parallels/Windows 11 on new iPad Pro M3

I've done a bit of googling and searching through the threads but can't find any rumors or answers..other than using remote desktop which I'm not interested in.
That new M3 Ipad Pro should be out fairly soon.. of course with a magic keyboard and the option of Windows 11 running on it like I do with my Macbook air M3 would be absolutely fabulous. Is there any chance of this happening? I do hope Apple gives us an option of running macbook type OS on the new M3 which maybe they finally will.. but even if they didn't but Parallels worked that would be great.

 

There is already a feature request for this here but it seems unlikely that Apple will allow it.
