Parallels Windows 11 freezing when selecting text in office applications.

I have been getting reports of crashes of MacBook System freezing up when selecting text or similar in windows office applications.
Has been ongoing for about 2 months.

User is Recent update to the latest version Parallels Desktop 26 for Mac 26.1.1 (57288) from 26.1.0 on a MacBook Pro 16 M3Max appears to have helped and hangs are less frequent.
As user is remote I have struggled to troubleshoot the issue but it seems like ctrl + alt + del helps the user recover but other times a forced restart of the MacBook has been used.

User is keen to upgrade to Tahoe 26 maybe this will resolve the issue?

Anyone have any advice or faces similar issues with there systems?
