Well, Parallels, you got me. Bent me over and took $70 dollars out of my ass. Could never get your product to work with CS3 and then you want me to pay you, with no guarantee, for tech support. One could only hope it could be someone who can speak English without an outsourcing accent. I read one of your posts that stated:

"Yes, it is great when a company goes the extra mile and helps you out, but unless you pay for it, think of it as a perk, because it is."

Really? Where is my perk? Oh, yeah, you have to pay for it. It is not included in the purchase of the software. I actually thought I was gonna get some help when I was instructed on how to send an error report from what I guess was one of your techs who responded in the forum but nope. Maybe one day you can get over your God complex and do something constructive for your customers because obviously Parallels has some serious operating flaws. The only people I can thank is those who actually had suggestions and tried to help. Bless you!

Also, I have registered my product but it has never shown up in my account, although it says I have registered already when I did it again, so, in turn, I have never got my limited time support that is promised with the registration. Hmmm...Is this another way to screw the customer out of support? What is up with that crap!?

So, after spending a month trying to get your product to work, the only solution was to try one of your competitors virtual machines, Fushion, and guess what? It worked! So, like I said, you got me for $70 dollars. Bravo! If Parallels would like to give me my limited time support that it owes me, I would love to figure out why your VM doesn't work with CS3 and find a solution so it can be posted in the forum or knowledge base but you probably won't do that anytime soon. Don't even know if this will make it past the "Iranian moderator stage" but hopefully someone at Parallels will see it and have a conscience.
