I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. It appears this bug affects even the native Parallels buttons (like New Virtual Machine) inside the Cocoa application window. It's not limited to Windows, and needless to say, it makes the VMs unusable. http://flickr.com/photos/cookiecrook/2181890231/ Any ideas?
Hello, please provide me with a screenshot of 'Parallels Desktop' -> 'About Parallels Desktop'. Best regards, Stacey
Why ask her to provide you with info when presumably your team can't get to replying soon since you folks must be incredibly backlogged.. as noted in the thread on the last release update of parallels over on the Mac side (wondering if you guys are neglecting us over on windows&linux side), where I'm the last poster on 12/25/07.. its now been 2.5 months and no response from Parallels in these forums or out to the last issue I raised, let alone the months before that with no response to other issues. I post in public so that hopefully someone else will see the solution/response and help more people than myself with an issue, rather than private support email. Any remotely rational customer support group will reply to forum posts before private email since they may help more people.. You'd be surprised at how many sales you've likely lost due to bad customer service.. doing it right pays for itself..
Yes, they have a back-log problem; but that is no reason to contradict yourself. Now apply this, you go for those you can help most, OS X IS Parallels' primary target, Windows is not, so actually, they are following your advice by asking her to provide information.
Hi, I also have problem with my video on parallels using windows on virtual over mac. The movie won't display, also java program won't diplay, i knew the application was running but the display was distorted. What kind of problem is this? Help please thanks.
