Parallels v5 not responding after start

Hello,

first here is my reprot id: 1211310

My problem: after upgrading from v4 to v5 everything went ok. But after few days parallels v5 application stopped responding during start of VM, only black screen in VM window. The HDD was still doing something so I let it few minutes. After 5-6 min I force quit parallels. Restart it again and in opens directly to booted windows xp. Quite strange.

But the day after it again stopped responding, so I tried it like before force quit and restart but now with no luck - still black VM screen and not responding parallels. The only solution that work is restart mac, uninstall parallels, reinstall parallels and I can run VM then. But the problem came back. So now it is for 4th times and it start to be quite annoying to do the whole reinstall procedure.

Does anyone had similar problem. I am using boot camp hdd-12GB, windows xp sp3 on MacBook Pro 2,33Mhz, 4GB RAM, OSX 10.6.2.
