Parallels V5 installation

    I have installed v5 on a Imac with 4Gb of Memory as a upgrade from v4. Parallels will start, we get a window with blue background and shortly after that we get a pop up on the top line

    Explorer.exe - Unable to locate component
    This application has failed to start because Normaliz.dll was not found, reinstalling the aplication may fix this problem

    Then the system hangs
