Parallels Upgrade offer shows "Go green & save green"

I am still on P19 and once in a while I get this upgrade offer:


Am just wondering what the upgrade offer has to go with "go green". I can't see anything "green" with this offer.
I did not find any explanation on their website about it.
Anybody has an idea?
