    Hello;

    I've been a long time user of Parallels with very little problems. I run an XP VM on my MacBook Pro.

    Yesterday I upgraded my v4.0 install to build 4.0.3844. Everything looks fine with the exception that Coherence is no longer available. Parallels Tools is installed, and I have tried to reinstall them several times.

    Any ideas?

    First of all, I would suggest to try uninstalling Parallels Tools completely from Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs and then install them back.
    Also, if coherence is the only problem, you can try checking the mouse driver in Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device manager. Make sure there are no exclamation marks.

    Basically, this behavior might occur if during the update, due to some reason, Parallels Tools installation would hang/crash and some of the older drivers are not removed. If you create a report from Help -> Report a problem and post a report ID here we would be able to verify this.

    If the basic troubleshooting steps above would not help, I would suggest you to create a ticket in our support line (it is free) so that we would be able to investigate it more closely.
