Parallels Updater in background

Today, the Parallels "Check for Updates" dialog ran. It had a checkbox that said something like "Run in background in the future". Once I checked it the window went away, and Parallels Updater continued to run with no window, which was not what I expected. How do I uncheck that box, now that the window will no longer appear?
