When I boot Parallels up it hangs for about 3 minutes while it checks for and ask to download the most recent update. When I allow it to do so I get a file named "Parallels-Desktop-5584-Mac-en.dmg" This file does not expand at all, ever, no matter how many times I DL it or what app I used to expand it. Parallels is doing all the sourcing and DLing of the file so the error is coming from them. Has anyone gotten this problem, or solved it? Thanks!
