Yesterday in the morning Parallels wanted to do an update and I let it sorry to say. As it went to restart windows it said that there was an error. It tried to fix but over and over was unsuccessful. The only way I got it to restart was to restore to a point before the update. I actually allowed the update a 2nd time and got the same result. The 3rd time it tried to update I quickly cancelled (it did not ask for permission). I sent in a support contact message but have received no response. This was very frustrating to say the least.
