Parallels uninstalled on one machine but still showing Windows shortcuts

I run Parallels on a couple of machines. I uninstalled it from one MacBook Air M2 as I didn't need it. However Spotlight is still picking up windows shortcuts. So for example, when I want to run Outlook it picks up windows outlook which is not installed as the first option every time.

I have rebuilt the spotlight index and they still show. I can't find the shortcuts on the drive to delete them. Any thoughts? Thanks.
