I need to migrate a rather old Windows 2000 installation to a VM. However, Parallels Transporter does not install properly. It is such that there is no error while installation, but on startup of Transporter there is an error message that some kind of dll is missing. My questions a) Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot the PTransporter installation in order to make it work? b) What would be alternatives? Put the original hard drive/installation of the Windows 2000 into an external hard drive? Can PD then read it?
