I had a beautifully working Ubuntu 8.04 + Parallels Tools under Parallels 3. After upgrading to Snow Leopard and then being forced to upgrade Parallels, now I can't get my VM going. -Installed and ran Parallels build 9308, demo version -Selected Ubuntu 8.04 VM -Waited for Parallels to backup and then upgrade VM -After starting, followed instructions to install tools, reboot. Now when the VM starts, I get the message about an unknown display, and no auto-mouse handling, but I do get the Parallels Shared Folders icon. I have removed and re-installed the tools several times now with no change in behavior. In looking through the log file, it seems as though everything is in order. I have attached the log. What gives? How do I get this working again!?!
