I'm running Parallels 5.0 on a MacBook Pro, with OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3. I have 3 virtual machines installed, Windows XP Pro, Ubuntu 9.10, and Kubuntu 9.10. The first two work perfectly, and I'm very satisfied. I've just installed the Kubuntu OS, and I can't install the Parallel Tools. When I click on Virtual Machine, and Install Parallel Tools, all that happens is a message window pops up in Kubuntu saying "Devices recently plugged in", and it shows a CD labeled Parallel Tools. When I hover the cursor over it, it says 2 actions available for this item. I open it up in file manager and it shows a list of 3 folders and 2 files, one named install. Clicking on the install file does nothing. One folder is named installer. Inside that are several "installer" files. When clicked upon, nothing happens. How am I supposed to install Parallels Tools???? Please give me instructions! They should be included in your software!
