I installed Beta 3 and got Windows XP installed and upgraded through SP2. Then i installed MS Office and MS Project and got those updated. The problem is that with the default 4096 MB disc space, I now only have 135 MB left. The pop-up window says you can dynamically increase that without losing anything by using the Parallels Image Tools. The problem is installing them is not supported by the Intel Mac version of Parallels. Please make this one of the priority fixes because I would hate to have to reinstall all of that stuff again.

    1. Image Tool for Mac will introduced prior to official release.
    2. Default virtual disk sizes were increased already in Beta3.
