Parallels Toolbox issue

    I am running Parallels, version 14 on a Mac Mini using Win7/64. The Mac is running Sahara O/S. Everything is working perfectly, as far as I can tell. When I try to open Toolbox I get a box that asks me to download it or enter the product key. When I enter the key for my version 14 it says "already exists on another installation." I am pretty sure I saw Toolbox being installed when I upgraded to version 14.

    So either I don't know how to open Toolbox that is already installed, or something is amiss. Help please.

    Oops! It is Mojave 10.14... sorry, wrong desert :)

    I just tried it and it still says "This product is already registered to another Parallels Account.
